What plans do you offer?
Two options: Autonomy (Silae access with expert support) and Full outsourcing (we run payroll end-to-end). Compare them on the Plans page.
Is Silae included?
Yes. With Autonomy you get Silae hosting, updates, and 1h expert support/month. With Full outsourcing, Paylinn handles payroll entirely on Silae.
Are your prices VAT excluded?
Yes, prices are displayed excl. VAT. Use the simulator on the Plans page to estimate your monthly cost.
How does onboarding work?
We migrate your data or create a brand-new Silae environment, configure access, and plan the first payroll cycle with you.
How do I upload documents?
From your private dashboard (after login), go to “Upload documents”. Drag-and-drop or select files — they stay private to your account.
Who can access my documents?
Documents are private and linked to your account. Only you and authorised Paylinn admins can access them if needed.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes, you can enable 2FA to strengthen access security.
What is your payroll turnaround?
We build a monthly schedule together (variables collection, checks, payslips, DSNs). Special cases (onboarding/offboarding) get dedicated timing.
How can I get a tailored quote?
Reach out via the Contact page or use the simulator on the Plans page. Beyond 500 payslips/month we recommend a custom quote.
How do I create an account or log in?
Head to Log in. When you sign up, a private landing is generated and linked to your profile.
Can you import my payroll history?
Yes. We offer simple migrations (existing Silae) and advanced migrations (other software). See the “Extras” section on the Plans page.
